Ahmad Todd grew up on a homestead in Virginia’s Blue Ridge Mountains, homeschooled alongside his four siblings. He now studies Journalism at American University in Washington, D.C., and has also studied international relations abroad at the University of Melbourne. His reporting connects ordinary people’s lives to the markets, policies, cities and institutions that shape them. Outside of reporting, he is usually reading, walking or looking for a reason to stay outdoors.
